Do you provide upgrades? How often?
We constantly improve our products to respond to user's needs, to comply with regulatory developments, and to provide ever-higher performance. We make upgrades available approximately twice a year for most products, more often if external developments require, such as changes in government regulations. We make a serious effort to reach all our customers with news of upgrades. If you don't want to be left out of our upgrade notices, please make sure we know your e-mail, fax number, and street address.
